Life Coaching
Face to Face coaching sessions
The best coaching, certainly in the initial stages is face to face. We run coaching sessions in all areas at a cost of £49.99 per hour and then £19.99 per half hour after that. The minimum charge is for 1 hour and travelling to remote areas will incur a nominal surcharge of 60p per mile to cover expenses.
Telephone coaching sessions
As we progress with our sessions or if you live too far away for face to face sessions we run telephone sessions of up to 1 hour at a cost of £44.99 each. If you buy 5 sessions in advance you pay a total of £199.95 giving a saving of £25.
You will also pay the cost of the phone call unless you have internet telephony like Skype or MSN
Email Coaching
If face to face or telephone coaching is not for you then why not try our email coaching at a bargain cost of just £99.99 per month for an unlimited number of emails. If you are having face to face or telephone coaching then you will receive optional email coaching free of charge as part of your coaching fee.
Group Coaching Sessions
We will from time to time offer group coaching sessions via the client area of this website. This will be for open discussion for like minded people where we feel it would be in the clients interests to attend such a session. These sessions will last as long as it takes up to 3 hours at a cost of £19.99 per session. During these sessions you may benefit from the ability to talk to other clients and other coaches for ideas and input. I also run regular brainstorming sessions to help clients on the road to their goals.
Counselling

Telephone sessions
For safety reasons, we will not conduct hypnotherapy sessions over the telephone. If you can’t or don’t want to visit a therapist in person, why not purchase one of our CD’s or MP3 Downloads.
